Window Cleaning & More

Called him on a Tuesday and he set the date and time for the following Friday at 7:00 AM.(I am not sure of the exact date.)  I was there and ready but he never showed up and when I tried to reach him the call went to voice mail, but I couldn't leave a message as his mail box was full.  Won't bother with him again.

I originally had appt for 5/7 but it rained and was rescheduled for 5/13 at 7:00 am.  He called me at almost 9:30 am to let me know he was on his way.  I had a Groupon coupon for 20 window panes (approx 10 windows).  I also had him do a few extra at $2.00 each. He charges extra for screens so I did them myself.  Windows look real good. 

He showed up  close to assigned time with a friend but then left and returned about 30 minutes later.  During the estimate I asked several times if the price included cleaning the window sills.  He assured me it did.  The windows were cleaned fine, but he did not bother to touch the sills.  I was amazed that he could put the screens back on or even clean the windows and not bother with the amount of dirt that was in the sills.  When he left I, I was tempted to call him back and have him clean them.  I was in a rush that day, so I ended up doing them myself.  I was surprised that he would leave what took me a half-hour with a vacuum and toothbrush to clean and risk me not calling back.

Called him, he came over and gave an estimate the same day.  He was booked that day, but we set a date and time for him to come back to do the windows.  He was not exactly on time either day, which could be a problem for someone on a tight schedule, but he is obviously very busy, and that minor discrepancy was outweighed by the excellent job he did on the windows. 

Steve White is amazing.  Another company no showed twice and I called Steve.  He was able to clean my windows same day for a very reasonable charge.  I now have him on retainer for 3 times a year.  The windows look fantastic.
