Western Exterminator

It went great, the office staff are great and the technician is polite, friendly, and clean.

I had them come out on two different occasions, and they couldn’t find termites anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised. They were very very thorough.

I have been using their services for about 5 years. They are fabulous. Steve is the guy who always comes to my house. They respond very quickly. When I called them about ants, they were there within an hour. They come on a bimonthly basis, but if there is ever any need in between treatments, they come at no cost. I am very happy with their prices and their services!

I will continue to use them unless they just really mess up, I'll use them forever.

They respond quickly and it’s always the same person. I like knowing who’s coming on my property. I also find their prices to be fair. I really like working with them in general!

We established business with Western Exterminator as soon as we moved in our 20 year old house.
We barely had a couple of months in the house when we found cockroaches around the dishwasher area, we called Western and they sent a technician (he was at the house in less than an hour, around 6 PM) he applied a special pesticide in a gel form and he took the time to explain us how it worked and which precautions to have around this product around the dishwasher where anybody could come in contact with the gel. Cockroaches were gone in less than a couple of days. (This after hours call was covered under the bi-monthly service fee).
Their technician comes to spray the house once every two months, inside and out.
It also includes the recharging of mice bait stations in the backyard (we have a few fruit trees that attract them because of fallen fruit) since we had Western we have not seen a single mouse (knock on wood)
Their technicians are always on time, they are very clean and polite. Very professional around house pets and neighbors pets too.
Talking to friends that have used Western longer than us, they have told us that Western has not raised their bi-monthly service fees in the last 5 years. Just this year they raised the fees but only $5 dollars more. Totally worth it !
As long as Western keeps performing as they have being doing, we will keep giving them our business.
