Our Maintenance Service includes the following: Mowing, Line Trimming, Edging, Debris Removal, Weed Control, Tree Trim, Inspect Irrigation System. Multi Unit Discounts. 1. Weekly Service mowing of lawn areas. 2. Mowing of retention areas, out lots & other areas as needed. 3. Line trimming of all areas inaccessible by mowers. 4. Trash, debris & litter pickup and removal from property. 5. Edging and Blowing of sidewalks, curbs, paved areas & hard surfaces. 6. Hand weeding of plant bed, bio swales and tree rings. 7. Chemical weed control in areas, curbing, sidewalk & pavement cracks & joints. 8. Cultivation and edging of all landscape beds & tree rings. *** 9. Trimming & pruning of shrubs, ornamental's, hedges & ground cover. All trimmings removed. *** 10. Trim low hanging tree's leaving 12 foot clearance in parking and drive areas and 8 foot clearance in walking paths. 11. Maintain a positive upkeep on irrigation system (free sprinkler head replacement). 12. Skim top of pool of Debris Blown in by our blower. Other Service include as needed or upon request: 1. Pre-emergent weed control. 2. Spot broadleaf weed control. 3. Blanket broadleaf weed control. 4. Insecticide application. 5. Fungicide application.
