VALUE ROOFING

Everything went just fine.  Foreman came out and checked our roof, an estimate was given and a date for service set up with the contractor.  We had used this contractor for roof  problems 2 years prior to this service.

They did a great job and I have a beautiful new roof.  The roof was installed during the hottest week of the summer, starting at 6:00 am on Monday and ending around noon on Friday.  I was impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned up after themselves each day.  I happily recommend them to anyone needing to replace their roof and who can finance the work on their own (Value Roofing does not provide financing).

They were chosen by our HOA to do all the roofs in our neighborhood and I can tell you that all of us in the HOA were very unhappy and I personally had to have them come back a total of 6 times to stop leaks and to fix the air conditioner they messed up. I had water in the ducts and several leaks in the roof. They did come out and repair these things but it took lots of threats by the Home Owners Association. Almost every condo had a problem of one type or the other. They destroyed a lot of my property because of dripped tar used on our aggregate roofs. The problems with most of the condos are still to be resolved and I will not use them again in the future.
