I paid cash for the motorcycle As Is.  When the motorcycle was taken outside for me to ride home I noticed a puddle under it.  I then asked the salesman Rick if the motorcycle had a leak.  He said, "NO" it's just the overflow of the liquids they just filled in.  He saild all vehicles are throroughly inspected before being sold. Soooo I rode it home.  Three week later, the motorcycle continued to leak gas onto the ground making my garage all smelly and hazardous.
I took the motorcycle back to the store and was told it was sold As Is so they would not repair it. The same salesman was there and I told him I had specifically asked him if the motorcycle had a leak and he said, NO.  He did remember and mentioned, "that's what should have been fixed". Soooo, the problem was supposed to have been fixed before putting the motorcyle up for sale, right????
Well, I received a call last Sat, June 7 and was told that they had talked to upper management and since the motorcycle was sold As Is they will not repair it.  I believe the misrepresented the product and lied about it being "broken".  Now they want me to pay them $200+ to fix it.  Was I taken advantage because of being a female?
Had I been made aware it had a leak I should have been given the OPTION to go ahead and purchase it which in that case I would have asked how much the repair would cost or I would have probably not bought the motorcycle.
Next step, go to talk to whoever I need to and insist on having the motorcycle repaired. 
Let's see what happens.
Not a trustworthy company.  They will lie to you just make a sale!!!
