From the time I called until he showed up at my door was 1 hour. The owner was very polite and courteous. He did a fantastic job. I also liked the fact that all the keys he provided had his company name & number on them. I would highly recommend Tumbler for all your locksmith needs. Jeff

Responded to my phone call and was able to get to the house within a couple of hours. Worked fast and clean and the job was done well. Knew his profession and exactly what he needed to do when I described the problem with the broken lock. Saved a lot of money by not having to buy a whole new door lock. I highly recommend Erik.

Erick arrived on time, called before to confirm appointment. When he came to the door he immediately had out his ID and ID for his position. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He asked what had happened and then he started working on the deadbolt. He was fast, yet methodical and careful as he took care of the problem. He also explained what had happened and I appreciated the explanation. I would definitely call Erick and will..........I asked for business cards and believe he is reliable, professional and he knows what he's doing.

They were very good. They were excellent. They came in and looked at all the doors. They responded immediately to my phone call, they sent somebody out the same day to look at the doors and see what we needed on our doors. It took them one day to get the locks and they came back out and put them along. They cleaned up everything after themselves. They did a wonderful job and they were very professional. In terms of price, I thought they were reasonable for what they had to do; we had a lot of doors. I would use their services again in the future.

I called to have locked changes. He arrived promptly (1 hour later). He went through the house and gave an estimate. He needed to order some parts so the knob matched the other hardware on the door. He can back the next day and installed everything. It was a great job.
