Your staff treated us with courtesy and respect. Sometimes if you are not dressed really nice you don't get good service. That was not the case.
They answered all of my questions that I asked just out of my ignorance of the car buying process. They didn't act like they were irritated or anything. Treated us good. For that I am thankful..

A leak from the oil pan was discovered. I've change them on older cars before and the price quoted to fix this seemed very high/ They let me come down and showed me the work that had to be done. Several components had to be removed just to get to the pan (LOUSY design from a maintenance point of view on Chevy's part) but the price was more than fair for the scope of work needed. The reason for the "B" rating on price is because the 90,000 Maintenance Schedule is a bit high compared to other places, but I just wanted to get all of the work done at once.
The customer service was excellent! They were responsive to my questions and the mechanics I spoke with knew what they were talking about. The service rep made sure to see that I was taken care of. You hate dropping that kind of cash for car repairs, but they went far to accommodate me and that means a lot.

I just bought a new truck from THREE-WAY CHEVROLET-CALIFORNIA. I bought it six weeks ago. I bought a lot of trucks and cars in my life, they did a really good job. No pressure, very great experience. It was a great experience. Everything was very straight forward, the negotiations were very simple, they showed me the invoice and I went from there. It was just very pleasant, simple experience. It was the way I should buy all my cars and trucks. The people were super friendly. Everybody said hello and congratulations. I wasn't used to that kind of experience for a car dealership. I shopped all over and they were really easy. I did a lot of shopping on the Internet and they actually beat by $250 off the prices I was getting from the Internet. It was pretty cool. It was a very good experience. I got an e-mail from the President of the company. I am going to e-mail him back and tell him what a great experience I had. Very good. I thought their prices were very, very fair.

Three-way Chevrolet do good work. You can get in at a reasonable time and I think their fees are reasonable. They serve us drinks while we wait and there is a TV also. I will continue using them.
