The team did a great job fixing the kitchen floor drain. This was a big job and they completed it same day. From demo to extraction to repair they were very professional.

Do not use this plumber service. They installed a faucet that is unacceptable and that does not meet the standards set in our home warranty contract. They replaced our $500 faucet with a cheap $90 faucet from Lowes. The faucet they replaced ours with does not have as many features as per our contract states it should, does not even reach to the edge of the sink and kinks any time you slightly raise it to wash dishes fill pitchers etc. I reached out to the supervisor to see what can be done as the replacement was unacceptable and unusable in the capacity as the one we had. He told me that i could purchase a faucet of my choosing and they could come back and install it for a $90 service fee. The supervisor was very rude and unprofessional. As per our contract the any replacements should have similar features, capacity, and efficiency up to $1000. The faucet they replaced ours with does not. They should of ordered the same or similar faucet instead of running to the nearest hardware store and buying the cheapest one they had.

I was in need of a new replacement water heater and after comparing prices with others I settled on The Honest Plumber. They furnished the new water heater and installed it for me the day after I called at a very reasonable price. A service guy by the name of Ricky came to my house to do the work. From the onset he was courteous and professional and did an excellent job with the installation. He even explained to me the various steps he would take to complete the job. Before he left he explained the basic features of the new water heater and how everything worked. All in all I am very satisfied and would recommend The Honest Plumber to anyone needing plumbing type work done.

He repaired everything quickly and promptly, and was professionally and on time.

The repair man arrived on time and got right to work.  The job was a little difficult as the ferrels were stuck on and had to be pulled with a puller.  He was fine with using the parts I had already purchased as I had attempted to repair myself before.  Did not do any up selling.  Finished both in half an hour.  They charge by the hour (with one hour minimum and no show up charge) so I guess you could have several problems done with one trip.  Very reasonable as estimates from other plumbers were all twice to three times as much.  

He came to check out the job on Monday.  I discussed with him what I thought needed to be done.  He agreed and arranged to come back on Wednesday to complete the job.  He called early Wednesday morning to let me know he was on the way.  In less than 1 1/2 hours he had completed the job.  Both bathrooms were left very clean and in much better condition and working order, with a big plus, he included a discount without any negotiation from me.

The plumber arrived at approximately 9:10 a.m., I showed him the work I wanted, he had the parts in his truck, he replaced both items, since he had everything he needed in his truck, it is 9:35 and he has been paid and the job is done. Would highly recommend.

The job went well. They were initially called out because the water heater stopped working. The technician found that some heating element went out and replaced that. Although he got me back up and running he noticed that the insulation at the bottom of the water heater was wet. Upon further inspection he found that I had a slow leak and suggested replacement. They called the very next day to replace the water heater. I couldn't break away from work so they came the following morning and replaced it.
They were/are quick, thorough, and covered all aspects of the work performed.
This was a home warranty job so the approximate cost of service is simply what I was told by the technician because I asked for my own curiosity. Home warranty aside, if I needed plumbing work done I would definitely call these guys first.
They also came out a few years back to replace a supply line to one of my toilets. When they were out they checked every other toilet in the house and made sure all else was working before they left.

We have never had a garbage disposal before so he had explained that it was kind of our fault because we put things down there that wasn't supposed to go down there but he was really nice about it and he didn't blame us or anything. He was very helpful and informational about how things work and that if we installed an air gap, it wouldn't happen again. He told us several option so things wouldn't happen in the future.

About a year ago my husband and I bought a house and the first weekend our sewer backed back into the house. Called our home warranty company and they sent some one from the honest plumber out told us our sewer lines were bad and we were told that they should be replaced soon but we could keep snaking the clean out to get us by for awhile. So we had them out about 3 times in the last year. And then almost exactly a year after the first time they came out our lines were worse so we decided to go ahead and have them replaced. We called several companies in town for a quote and nobody else was even close to these guys!

They came out on an appointment and at the appointed time. He had to come back a second day because he needed a second part. He took care of the issue and replaced it with a better valve. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing, which I liked. I would definitely recommend him.

The man who came twice to snake the drain was very friendly and on time. I was very happy except for when he tracked mud in. The crew who came out to replace a small section of line came out when no one was home. My landlord complained of how she felt she was over charged for the line to be replaced. She was how ever able to talk them down. Over all I was happy with the service and we haven't had any problems since.

They have never let us down. We will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber and I am going to make sure they are one of the vendors on our current home warranty.

This was a bad experience from start to finish................. Utmost incompetence!

I moved in to my house knowing there was a minor leak in the shower faucet handle. The leak got worse after a few days and expanded to the shower head. I called my home warranty company, and they sent out The Honest Plumber. It was an easy fix, but one I could not do by myself. I only spent the $55 deductible, so I don't know exactly how much it cost. The man showed up on time, and he fixed the problem quickly. He didn't clean up very well after himself, and he was not very sociable. He also tightened the stems to the point where it is rather difficult to turn the handles at all now. Overall, I'd say they were "okay".
