My husband and I were on a time crunch for this project.  We worked with Patricia and I believe this is why it went as smoothly as it did.  She communicated everything very well and in a timely manner.  Of course there were some bumps in the road, but Patricia handled them and we were only delayed by a few days.  Home Depot hired Terry's flooring to do the wood install and Brandon did a great job.  It took him two days to complete this project and our floors look great.
