I confirmed the appointment the night before, but due to bad traffic he was over an hour later than he said he would be. The late arrival wasn't a problem for us but it would've been good to receive a call letting us know he was stuck in traffic so we could plan accordingly. We had to schedule the work about 3 weeks ahead of time, so it seems like you need to plan ahead. I would use this vendor again, his workmanship excellent, but the beware that sometimes it takes 2 or more emails to get a response.

The worker arrived on time. And started to work immediately. If I had questions for him he was
eager to reply.
He had to cut a tile as 1 of our tiles was cracked. That was handled professionally and placed
and grouted in place. He continued throughout the house chiseling out old grout and then
vacuuming up old grout, then replaced the new grout, washed the areas twice and cleaned up
all areas. Picked up all tools etc. and the job was complete.
