 + -1 moreI confirmed the appointment the night before, but due to bad traffic he was over an hour later than he said he would be. The late arrival wasn't a problem for us but it would've been good to receive a call letting us know he was stuck in traffic so we could plan accordingly. We had to schedule the work about 3 weeks ahead of time, so it seems like you need to plan ahead. I would use this vendor again, his workmanship excellent, but the beware that sometimes it takes 2 or more emails to get a response.
Description of Work: John re-caulked some mildewed, split, cracked caulk around our shower, two bathtubs, a couple sinks, and a kitchen. He removed the old grout with a razor tool and installed color matched caulking that looks as good or better than the original.

Description of Work: We needed the grout replaced in areas of our tile floor. He matched the grout perfectly was clean and pleasant while in our home. I would certainly hire him again for any future work.

 + -1 moreThe worker arrived on time. And started to work immediately. If I had questions for him he was eager to reply. He had to cut a tile as 1 of our tiles was cracked. That was handled professionally and placed and grouted in place. He continued throughout the house chiseling out old grout and then vacuuming up old grout, then replaced the new grout, washed the areas twice and cleaned up all areas. Picked up all tools etc. and the job was complete.
Description of Work: We had grout repair done in our home. Also they had to replace one tile as it cracked, so that was also done. The grout was repaired in several areas of our house. No one ever does a job good enough for me as I have very high expectations as to how I would do the job. But he came close to it. This company is very new to Bakersfield. They are out of Fresno. We saw an ad in the paper for this company and it had a $10 off coupon so we gave them a try. The phone number for this company that I submitted is a local number. The price seemed reasonable enough. He was efficient and cleaned up fairly well.
