I've attempted to contact Jon Busby by phone and email to alert him to a problem onsite at one of the residential properties he has listed in Bakersfield.  As a neighbor to that property, I was concerned about the loss of mature landscaping and some very tall trees due to the water being cut off.  His office staff was very courteous, but he only returned a call once when I was unable to answer.  I emailed and called again but no response.  I guess if you are not a buyer, he has no time for you.  Very disappointing.
