They said the job will only take 3 weeks to finish, but it took them more than a month to complete the job. I withheld 10% of the amount with the understanding that they will get the balance in 30 days, provided that there was no problems in the work, done. But after a week there was a leak in the plumbing, and it took 3 different persons from 3 different companies to finish the job, in 3 days of which I will billed, AGAIN. Then, the owner kept on asking me for the payment, even after there's another leak that appeared under the sink that was installed by them. He came over to check, and was in a hurry, got mad and left abruptly. I sent a handwritten letter, detailing EVERYTHING to them, and asking for a black and white warranty that they promised to give, and haven't received as of present time. I called them two times after that letter, but no response. It has caused my family and I A LOT of stress, during the time they were working because of no-show at times and being late, for work. They were only good for the first week, but as time progressed, their work was disappointing, to say the least. I won't even bother to recommend them to friends for the simple fact that I will be putting them in the same situation, that I went through. I am still waiting for their reply, and as of this day (8/19/09), I haven't received any, yet. Because I would like to get this over with, and to pay them the balance. I don't know what office to turn to regarding my predicament, and I need help. Thanks:)
