The AC unit on my 25 year-old HVAC system finally died. I called Stockdale Aire and we had them do a full AC/Furnace replacement. The turnaround time from the our first call to everything being done was amazingly quick, especially in the middle of the worst heat-wave of the summer. They gave me separate quotes for minimum repairs, partial replacement, and full replacement. No gimmicks or pressure, and at a price lower than I was expecting. The install started at 7:30 and was done by 3:00, which included having to remove and replace the entire blower and furnace unit in the attic. Highly recommend!

I just had a new AC installed by Stockdale Aire. What a great group of people to work with! From the estimate, to the gentleman who came out to measure to make sure everything was right, to the person who answers the phone all the way to the kind people who came out and did the installation! I felt cared for and nothing seemed rushed but was done quickly. Clean, on-time and I felt satisfied when they were done. If you are looking, you can count on Stockdale Aire. Give them a call!!!

Went great.... minor problem later, called and they came right away and fixed the problem.

They are always very personable and that helps because it's easier to talk them, especially since I'm usually here by myself so I have questions. They don't make me feel stupid for asking certain questions and they have always been very honest with how our unit is working or what it needs, or whatever.

***Updated 6-9-14***   I was contacted promptly at 8am with an apology for not getting back to me yesterday.  I gave them my wife's information and she was contacted within the hour that they were on the way.  They arrived promptly and my wife states he was very professional and very nice.  The unit was repaired within the hour and is now working again.  Had this happened yesterday during emergency service hours it would be A+ across the boaard.  Unfortunately it made for a hot Sunday night. Would use again for sure.

The  service technician called me to check if I was home just before the appointment time.  I was home and the service technician arrive in about 20 minutes at the appointment time.  He check refrigerant charge, electrical connections, measured the volts/amps and lubricated all moving parts.  Then he cleaned evaporator coil, condenser coil, and the condensate drain.  I had already replaced the air filter so he didn't do that. He checked the thermostat calibration.  After the all the work was done and he gave me a written report that indicated that everything check out and I signed work order.  He was finished in about 30 minutes.

Technician came and replaced a part and fixed it in 20 minutes.  The only problem was that I was never called nor advised of the cost of the repairs and only realized the cost after getting a bill in the mail.  Other than that, everything was done great.

Mark, the technician was great. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it so that I could understand. He even petted the dog and answered the questions of a 3year old. My only complaint was that it took 3 days to get an appointment. But we do live in Bako and it is hot! We will absolutely call Stockdale Aire again if we need them.

Called at 9 am and got a noon appointment. Serviceman was professional and completed job within a couple of hours.

Here's the story. Another company was trying to scam me into thinking I needed to replace two split furnace-A/C units at a cost of $14,000-$15,000. He was wary of the claims and did some investigation to find that the broken heat exchangers were under warranty (contrary to what was told to me by their competitors). The A/C coil and overflow pan could be replaced and the A/C condensers cleaned (contrary to claims). The cost, $2900, was considerably cheaper than replacemnent (their quote was $2,000-$3,000 cheaper for replacement, too) and will likely last me for several more years before replacement is necessary. He may have lost out on a larger sale but he gained a loyal customer!

Very prompt and things went well.
