Stan Brewer Realty Management was the WORST company I ever had to deal with in a long time! Please, if you are a home owner, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STAN BREWER, unless you don?t care about your property and you don?t mind to have your property ravaged by low-life renters that get away with destroying your property and stealing basic things such as an alarm system! Stan Brewer is the most incompetent place I ever encountered in my life as they are clueless about what is going on in your own property, their communication is ZERO, and they even allow lawn mowers to work for over an year without ever pay them for at least a month of service!! Before we made the horrible decision to trust this place to manage our property in Bakersfield, we had a beautiful custom-made office desk that we chose to leave at the house for new renters, besides we also had exercise equipment and a brand-new basketball hoop, which stayed at the house as part of the property and guess what happened under Stan Brewer poor and ineffective management? All of our properties were STOLEN by renters and Stan Brewer HAD NO CLUE as to what was going on! In addition to their incompetence, Stan Brewer refuses to take any accountability for their awful management and avoids any kind of communication which addresses the issues caused by their own incompetence. As a result, hiring them cost us over $10.000.00 dollars in damages, stolen items, and countless repairs to fix all the damages caused by trashy renters who were not properly screened! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH STAN BREWER AT ALL COSTS!
