They're very professional. It was expensive but it was a good product. When I made an initial inquiry about it, they gave me an address of a home near mine that I could go drive by and take a look at the finished product. I e-mailed the guy with questions about the product and in less than a day, he provided me with very lengthy responses to each of my questions. He was very helpful throughout the entire process.
