It went well but there were a series of miscommunications on a particularly specific part of the request.
Were I to use them again, and I would, I would draw out the multiple master keys that we requested. One of their team understood what I wanted and the other, who was the lead, did not seem to grasp it despite at least three discussions.
Again, I would use them again, but would have them articulate their outcome beyond stating that they understand.
