Serenity Home Landscape

Serenity Home Landscape provided an awesome service! They were all very attentive to details, had great communication skills, were very punctual, and made sure that my family and I were satisfied with the final product! My backyard looks very nice with beautiful spot lights, a good-looking and spacious Gazebo, an efficient watering system, and beautiful agaves, aloes, palm trees, yuccas, etc!! Now, we are looking forward to completing our second phase in our front yard in the near future! Serenity Home Landscape is definitely the only landscape service I wish to use to continue to make our house look gorgeous!

Rick returned my call the day I called, discussed options and costs, sent his associate out the next day, called before he arrived, showed up diagnosed, replaced bad part.

Rick was very personable and met with me to discuss my ideas for plants that would be added. He was very conscious of our drought and what plants would need less water but still look good. I discussed that I had not clue on how to work our sprinkler timer and he suggested a very user friendly one and replaced the one I had. He was also able to subcontract with a cement guy to replace a small concrete section in which our tree roots made raised. The LCD lighting added looks great in our backyard. He worked with the solar lighting i had already in place. I'm very happy with my landscape overhaul.

I was very pleased with the yard.  It is so beautiful.  The workers were polite and respectful.  My desire was to have less maintenance and also plan for less water usage in the landscaping.
I would not hesitate to use Rick Heiss again in the future.  In fact, we have talked about a second phase in the front yard.

We have used Serenity Home Landscaping for the past year to totally design and landscape our backyard. We started with only barren dirt and weeds and it has now been transformed into a tropical paradise! Rick Heiss, the owner, was extremely flexible to complete our yard around our budget and time contraints. He immediately captured our vision of and quot;Our Dream Backyardand quot; as vague and all over the place as we were. We've ended up getting a homeowner's personalized paradise at an excellent price to fit our budget. The crew Rick hired were wonderful and diligent....we couldn't have asked for a better team. In the future, we plan on having Serenity Home Landscaping redesign and landscape our frontyard. We look forward to working with Rick again and feel like we've made a friend for life. He truly feel he is gifted and the best of the best!!!!!!

The yard is lovely. The design fits the yard and the climate beautifully. The work was performed in a timely, professional manner. Mr. Heiss responded quickly and pleasantly to all my concerns and requests along the way and went out of his way to be sure my yard is now the prettiest on the block!
