 + -1 moreHe said he's been using the same people to actually do the work for 16 years and I was really impressed. The first red flag in my mind is that he quoted me $120 but when I called him later he said $125. I gave him the job anyway because I felt that we had a good rapport. He told me that he would give me his email address to contact to him easily. He also said he would take care of moving the sprinkler box for me and plant some plants after I purchased them. I didn't hear from him for a few days or he did not acknowledge my messages. I called him to make sure he received them and got the work done. Since he is going to do work for me at my rental property and we have been having issues with communication. I decided not to work further with the company. I checked his reviews online and I noticed another person who had written a similar complaint very recently.
Description of Work: I called them to do an estimate for landscaping and he really made a very good impression. His guys were working in the neighborhood so he was able to come within 30 minutes of me calling him for an estame. I did not have any issues with his estimate, I felt that it was very fair. I did get another estimate from another company.
