Rudy solved the problem by redoing the duct work and making the return larger. Other companies wanted to sell me a whole new unit, Rudy said that wasn't necessary. I paid far less with Rudy and didn't buy anything I didn't need.

.It went very well. I gave a B grade in quality because they didn't connect some wiring when installing the new unit, but Rudy came out right away the same day to correct it. B grade in price due to high labor cost, though the work took less than a day. Overall, I'm pleased with the work from Rudy's
