They showed up on time, found a couple of things broken and fixed them AFTER asking me if I wanted them fixed. (very important)
I made the mistake of hiring a bad pool person prior to this one. These folks are professional and know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Good. I did not have to be home which was great. The repairs were completed very quickly.

They came and looked at the pool pump, confirmed it was no longer functional. We discussed alternatives. From a single speed pump to a dual speed pump, the advantages of each. I also requested the cost to convert the pool to a salt system of clorination. I requested a bid for two types of pumps and for the salt clorination system. I recieved the bids via email, called and accepted the cost for the dual speed pump and chorination system. I first compared the price for the necessary pump and salt equipment, and found the prices they were charging to be fair.

They came and installed the sytems. I was not home when they did the work. but the work appeared to be done well, the mess was cleaned up. They left the box, instructions and bill for me. I then called them a couple weeks later to come out and show me how the sytem works, which they did do. showed me how it worked and assured me if there were problems they would come and address them with me. Was very satisfied.

The unbelievable part is that Rosedale Pools charged a fraction of what the other pool estimates I received wanted to charge me. Rosedale Pool and Spa Supply consist of hard working, honest and intelligent people.
