Auto Sales
I saw a vehicle on the website (http://www.hisrosedaleautosales.com) and left a note that I wanted to test drive the vehicle.
After work that day, I stopped by and did the test drive. I wanted to make sure that my vehicle was inspected by my own mechanic (Elite Automotive), and my mechanic arranged to pick up the car for inspection.
During the inspection some servicing was identified that was due, and the need for two new front tires.
I discussed this with Leon and he agreed to replace the front tires, and I agreed to have the service performed.
I came by the next day to complete the paperwork and 'seal the deal' Leon was exceptional in his customer service and his wife was a welcome alai in the transaction.
9 days later, a STMP light illuminated on the dash and couldn't be reset. One of the STMP sensors was in need of replacement. I took the receipt to Leon, and he cheerfully refunded to me the cost of this service!
I appreciate the no-hassle Customer Service of HIS Rosedale Auto Sales - this is a family owned business, I purchased my previous vehicle from Leon, and I will purchase my NEXT vehicle there as well.
