The hot water heater thermocouple element was burned out, but the plumber wanted me to replace the water heater instead of replacing a $10 piece of thermocouple. We took our chances and just asked him to replace the thermocouple and it's still working after 2 months. That's why we gave them a C on professionalism. Otherwise, the plumber was pleasant and did his work without problems. I also appreciated that they were able to come quickly after I had called.

Had turned off the water to the house to work on a leak at the washer hook ups, then realized I had gotten wrong parts. The water wouldn't go back on again. Called Ron after hours and he came out right away and secured the water main, temporarily, so he could come back during regular hours and take care of it. His partner came out the next day and fixed my washer hook up problem and the main water valve was replaced.

We searched the web instead of Angies list and came across Ron's Speedy Rooter and Plumbing Repair. We called and Ron stated he would be out within one hour. Quoted us a price of $114.00 which we thought was fair. Not only did he arrive within the hour, he did the repairs and didnt try to sell us any gimmicks. I appreciate his response time and the professionalism.
