Pool and Spa Servicing
They are regular, they do a good job and they are thorough. What we dislike is that they are not responsive at the office. We cannot communicate with anybody at their office, they never answer their phone, never respond, or return a call, they constantly bill for the next month and they never respond to any communication regarding that. Their service is good but their administration is poor. Their price is pretty good. The guys who come out to work is responsive. I think as a company, they are unprofessional.
