When I acquired this building needed major renovation. Contacted Rafael and we met at the facility for a quote. After acquiring the quote, proceeded to agree with the project since it was a reasonable price and it will be done in a timely manner. Basically the roof was repaired, the interior was rebuilt from scratch since the walls for the rooms inside were damaged. Also he translated the restrooms from one room to the back of the building, installing also the plumbing. After that he also did some minor repairs. Overall, he did an excellent work and the price for the project was just right. Wil recommend him and his business. Professional and trustworthy.

Rafael has done a few jobs for me already and his work ethic is spotless. The last job he did for me was for my bathroom remodel project which came out really beautiful. I really recommend this contractor.
