When the workers removed the old bathtub they found a soaked sub floor due to a copper water line that had been "nicked" during a previous job done by this same company.  They fixed the copper line, "painted" the joist that had dry rot due to the slow leak of the nicked copper line, replaced the sub floor & proceeded to install the new shower.  A few days after the job was done I noticed a drip under the wash basin next to the shower, they came out twice & tightened a the copper nut.  That seemed to solve the problem.  A bout a year went by & then once again I found dampness under the sink & the board was warped!!   Out they come again, turns out the copper nut that they tightened at some time cracked!! it was too tight, hence the water drip again!!  My husband pointed out to them that the shower head was "wiggly" so they fixed that.   As it is a guest bath I seldom use it so it was a while before I noticed that the shower doors kind of "floats" at the bottom of the shower, the drain is not seated flush & the shower caulking is not uniform!!
