"I went above and beyond to try to satisfy this person I even spent 500 dollars of my own money hired a painter and a AC guy to do things that were not on the contract but in the end there was no making this person happy but I truly did try even this lady daughter told her mom that she was being unfair and she told her mom that I was doing a very nice job. The job turned out nice and I am the type of contractor that I was on the job every single day so with that being said this was just one of those customers that you just can't not please.
