Making an appointment for estimate and service was a breeze. The provider / owner was easily reached by phone. Upon arrival, Levi of ProClean Carpet Care was very polite, courteous and professional. His service estimate is very competitive and quite comparable to other major chain carpet cleaners however his equipment, technique and attention to detail has far exceeded my expectations. We have tried 2 different providers in the past but we found ProClean Carpet Care the best and will be using them in the future. We couldn't be more happier on the outcome. Our carpets were like brand new like the day we moved in. The color is more vibrant. Absolutely no complains.

Pro Clean is very professional.  They did a great job.  They always want to know any problem areas (dogs, etc). They are reasonably priced, on time, and easy to work with.  They also always leave a bottle of spot cleaner.  I will continue to use this company.

Levi and his wife arrived on time and immediately started on the cleaning project. They spent two hours working on the project and I was amazed that the most heavily stained areas came out even better than I thought possible. Even though they spent additional time on the job, the charge was as previously agreed. I will absolutely use ProClean for any future carpet/tile cleaning. Levi and his wife are a very plesant and hard working couple.

We used a Spotted Fox deal which was for 1600 sq. ft. for $99.00. We had never used the company before. They were a very nice, young couple who were courteous and professional. They arrived on time and started work right away. They did not try to add services or additional charges. We were pleased with the results and would definitely use them again.
