 + -1 morebe same person ..even if people is at the phoneexplain how that works in case package is damagepeople need the service she need the customers be open to answer questionsUPS need to be open to talk with customers not third party need to fix these messuntil i clarify was a police report made in case posnet lost the original receipt,,,,,posnet keep my original receipts]still after a month of the service and 1 week of the return to UPS with a damage ticket still have to wait another 15 business day for a response... is not professional to wait almost 2 months for good service Posnet 100% dont help you with extra insurance most of the time is losing money for the customer happens to us we paid insurance and not help in all from Posnet 1. not answer for the internet site call them to verify if the item was send with POSNET 2 extra payment for the shipping"insurance" is never cover 3 not work between POSNET/CUSTOMER SERVICE so if UPS paid the insurance bacin k to them we never have information about it in all
Description of Work: i bring a laptop for delivery and posnet charge me the box, shipping , service of the box be send to UPS.i paid June 26 2012 for their service and was a complete problem laptop comeback to me messy and missing parts i contact with UPS and UPS came to pick up the laptop from my home July 19, 2012 well nobody said during that time {since January 16 to July 24 } to i have to provide information to Posnet to open a claim for the damage of the laptop I open a police report because paypal ask me for one and i bring the original receipts i paid to posnet, well today July 25 i tried to send the fax of the documents to Posnet with a store fax at my town and their # never worki back home i tried to send myself too i call around 4 times if the # was correct and Amy was kinda frustrating i make lost her printer ink? :( and high voice why i send many papers... well i came to store and was waiting for a couple of customer she has before me and when she was talking with her face to face was another person..educated and sweet but still when i ask why nobody explain me the way the claims has to be..was a explaination "depends of UPS" she need explain people how claims works...
