Hired Pool Busters to remove my pool, it was a difficult removal because of limited access. My biggest problem was lack of communication and understanding everything that is involved in removing a pool. Ask them where they are getting the dirt to fill with. Watch them fill, because I had to go out several times and make sure that they didn't throw the fence that they removed and the arborvitaes that they removed back in the hole. Also ask them if they are going to compact the fill dirt, more than just driving over it with the small back hoe. I have had to add dirt and have had a lot of "settling" Also "grading" is basically leveling off the area, it is not properly graded so that water will run away from your house. And be prepared for your neighbors to seriously complain about the dirt left on the street. They just used a blower which just blew the dirt around. I had to rent a power washer and spend hours in the street. When I asked them to come back to clean, I was told that they were already on another job, and they already cleaned.
