We hired Jose and Abe to completely remodel our bathroom, and they did an excellent job! Jose was especially meticulous—he asked about every detail before moving forward, ensuring everything aligned with our vision. He even suggested finishes we hadn’t considered, which ended up making a huge difference in the final look of our shower. They were also very timely, staying on schedule and finishing the project when they said they would. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I have had the Blessed opportunity to work with Abe for multiple projects. I own multiple rental properties & my personal home. My list is large of items he has done for me- starting with a full home repainted including all cabinets in the home- kitchen, hall cabinets & bathroom cabinets. Abe has also replaced all lighting fixtures & electrical outlets throughout home. In my personal home bathroom-he re- stuccoed all the walls to give it a new smooth finish. Abe is excellent in finish work including base boards & painting baseboards. Also. Painting design accent walls. Furthermore, he replaced a interior door by removing existing pocket door and replacing it with an interior door completely framing it in. I needed mini blinds up he did an excellent job putting them up. He is great with communication, clean up & be efficient with timelessness & completely a job fully.

Perez Construction helped me out when I was in a pinch, twice! My water heater went out and needed immediate repair. Jose and Abraham were quick to act and replaced my water heater with a more powerful and efficient model. It was a no brainer to hire them when we recently had plumbing issues. I would highly recommend Perez Construction to anyone!!

Abe is a great guy to work with. He is very courteous and does thorough work and detail oriented.
