I like the finished product. It's good. Actually a lot of the time I wasn't here because I was babysitting grand babies. So, I was pleased when I came home and saw what they had done. I think they were professional and they were always on time. Their price is pretty comparable to other companies.

They totally botched up the job. They installed the sinks improperly and one of the sinks cracked immediately. His crew laid cutting tools on the other sink and it was scratched. Because the sink was installed improperly, it could not be removed. On the island, they broke one end of the granite off and tried reattaching it, the repair is brutally obvious. There were sharp edges, gaps in the caulking, and it was uneven where he did any cutting. The cut lines were not straight. We had a forensic stone inspection done to prove to his Bonding company he did a bad job. His foreman came out and tried intimidating us by yelling at us. Pat Callahan came out once to look at the work and then left. He refused to return any additional calls, when we finally did contact him, his response was, "So, sue me".
