Description of Work: Built a 30 ft by 18 ft patio cover, 9x9x9 U shaped BBQ, and a 12ft by 24ft finished shed / pool room. Ricks quality & attention to detail is beyond reproach. All materials used were of high quality and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. The cost breakdown was $12000 for the patio cover, $5000 for the BBQ (I supplied the equipment and paid separately for the granite tops ) & $9000 for the shed. Between the work of ricks brother jimmy at valley concrete and Rick we really have the backyard of our dreams.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. There were things that I had to have fixed because they were wrong, but he didn’t even charge me for the labor. They put everything together and they got everybody out here. They did a spot check and found something that hadn’t been painted so they had the guys come out and paint it. They were really particular about fixing everything that was damaged.
Description of Work: Pacific Construction Services helped me do some remodeling in my new home. They did things like put in a new door for my garage and the patio.
