Out Glowing is a business that I have started to help support my family after I lost my job do to an unexpected heart attack. With the help of my awesome husband and sister who even though they have worked all day will still go out with me on the weekends, and try to find customers who are ready to Glow. We are out locally in Bakersfield traveling the night scene, or you can call for party supplies, we can ship, whatever suits your needs.
