They were good and we spent quite a bit with them. That might have been the first or second time that we have used them. They were really professional and they had all the equipments. They had a huge truck and I think that I saw them down the street doing a huge tree where they had the cherry picker type, so they have a lot of equipments for big things. Their cleanup was great and their pricing seemed fair. We wanted to pull out a couple of other trees and they were honest about saying, "No, you do not need to." So, they did not try to get more business which was nice. It was a year ago but I have nothing bad to say about them.

They did a good job. The trees looked good after they finished, not misshappened like some of the jobs I've had done. They seem to be knowledgeable about their job.

Did OK job pruning. Several plants were damaged and 5 sprinkler heads were broken. I was not informed of the damage and discovered it by way of my painters painting the outside of my house. It took them over a month to fix my sprinklers. Even talking to the owner didn't help. The price was good considering I have approximately 25 trees (15 of which are large redwoods).

They were a little tardy getting out but they did a great job. They were very cordial and professional. They did a very good job and they hauled away all the debris and everything. They did respond when I called.

They were several hours late and kept saying they were on their way. Some of the guys knew what they were doing but some had no idea and were just cutting at random. I tried to explain what I wanted but they didn't seem to understand. They said they were going to come back and finish the next day but never showed up. I should've called but I was so mad. I should've been more assertive but I thought because it was a big company I wouldn't have to argue too much.

I worked faster than anybody else. They cleaned everything. Their price was a lot more for the kind of work they did. It didn't make sense. I felt that I overpaid for that kind of the service. The quality of work was good. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them in the future.
