They are very thorough on their cleaning, i have no complaints about that. My only problem is the lack of communication, arbitrarily moving things around without asking and then not returning them to the condition they were in. But they are very thorough on their cleaning.

Maria came and looked around my house and told me the amount she would charge for a deep cleaning. Her price was reasonable and we discussed the things that were especially important to me, I hired her to come with helpers and deep clean my entire house. She showed up on time with one helper, not two, they did such a shoddy job I would not even consider it a light cleaning. I sent her a message telling her about the problems but she did not respond to it until I told her I was going to leave her a bad review. When her and her helper came back she never apologized and all of the many many things that were not done at all or were done and a very shoddy way she responded by saying that s just the way she does things and that they are done. She only comes into town on certain days and so I asked her to tell me what days she comes so that we could arrange our schedules and she could fix what she did not do right the first time. She grudgingly agreed to this. However she never contacted me back and I am now left with a house that is still dirty! When I first hired her I thought that she would be honest and hard-working and good for the job but she has definitely shown me her other side and she has zero work ethic and I would suggest to anybody thinking of hiring her to keep looking for someone else. I do not ever liked leaving bad reviews, however with Maria s cleaning or lack of it I felt that I needed to warn other people. I have given her way more than enough time to fix the problem and she has chosen to continue to tell me that she s going to come and fix it and she has not today is the 25th of April. She originally did the job weeks ago and now she is just refusing contact. Do NOT hire this woman! SCAM!

Maria checked on me when she had come out to give me an estimate I had to postpone date. We set up a time and I had asked her if she could come a couple of days ahead. She was able to respond and come. I can t say enough to give her cleaning service a great recommendation. They did a wonderful job and believe me they had a lot to do for me. I have not been able to keep up my home for more than 6 months. It looks like I would like my house should be. They are the best.
