The master bedroom fan was completely dead and I had already purchased a new fan. I asked the worker to just take the dead fan down and put up the new one but he would not do this. Stated he had to get permission from the home owner through the warranty company. Same day they went and purchased replacement parts for the dead fan and stated they would get back in touch if the approved to just replace the fan. I never heard back. I also had requested for a quote for a new exhaust bathroom fan near the shower and they were to get back with me and never did. Warranty charge is $75 cost to owner so any additional charges must be billed to them by the workers. I wonder if things would've been different if they could've charged me an hourly rate.

This is the 3rd time we've had Bill do electrical work at our new house. He schedules his appointments in 1 hour windows (great for those of us who work) and was prompt all 3 times.
On this particular visit, Bill had to figure out why I had no electricity to my detached garage. I had replaced the GFI in the garage myself without any luck.
It turned out that when the garage was built by the previous owner, the electrical was in line with an outdoor GFI, which had gone bad. Bill used the good GFI that I had removed from the garage to replace the bad one (i.e. no charge for a part that I didn't need!) and re-wired the main line so that the garage was no longer in line with the outdoor GFI.
As with all of the other visits, Bill was able to complete all of the necessary work within 1 hour, thus the charge of $75 (his hourly rate).
We will continue to use Bill for all of our electrical needs and highly recommend him to anyone needing a great electrician!
