A bicycle rider ran a red light and collided with my car. I was not sure if I should bring it to the Lexus body shop or Neira's, but after seeing the repairs and how they handled this complicated car I would highly recommend them.
After a week I thought I was hearing wind and road noise from the repaired area, but after bringing the car to them and they brought the car to the Lexus dealer, I was convinced they did a good job. The Lexus dealer confirmed the noise was normal.
I would highly recommend them to do repairs on even the most complicated vehicles.

I thought the estimate would be more than it was being that the window they replaced was factory tinted, but it wasn't bad. They didn't have a replacemant cover for the center console in stock (who would) so it might have taken a couple days to get that part, but they managed to find one in the right color locally. I dropped off my car one afternoon and they had it back to me the next.
