I like his professionalism. His office is very well-run. These guys showed up time. They got the work done. They were expensive. They did a great job with the grading that I asked them to do. The sprinkler systems still aren't right. I'm trying to decide what to do about it. I've got some spots that aren't being watered well. I think the sprinkler system they installed is wasting a lot of water. It's not as efficient as it could be. At the time they put it in, it didn't bother me because we had plenty of water and everything was fine. What really bugged me about them was the guys that came out and did the estimate spoke Spanish which I don't. I just felt like I'm just a piece of meat. I didn't like it. I just felt like I really didn't know what they were going to do. They gave me a really nice bid. It's all perfect and looks great. The whole thing sort of left a bad taste in my mouth after all these years. I'm still thinking I would never use them again. They were punctual. They professionally showed up. They got busy and took care of it. They got it done. There was no mess around. Professionalism was okay but they didn't communicate very well. They didn't let me know what was going on. They weren't really very informative. I'd say these guys knew what they were doing. They seemed like nice guys.

It went real well. The only think I was a little unhappy with was when they put the pipes in, the ground of course was hard. They dug it out, put the pipes in and then just sorta threw the dirt back. They didn't spread things out like they found it. I don't suppose that's all, I shouldn't complain about that. They did good work. They were here and they worked. Most the time when you have roofers or something they have radios blaring that you can hear a block away. These guys had little individual radios. They were quiet workers. I don't think it was overcharged by any means. He was very good, Mr. Brown. He talked to me several times.
I had something go wrong which was no one's fault. I called them up and the foreman came out and he fixed the pipe.

The crew arrived ahead of time. They were very professional and went right to work. Very pleased with their work.

There was a crack in my drip line system and a faulty shut off that was allowing a constant seeping of water. Both items were fixed in a very short time and everything was cleaned up. Very nice job.

The workers were very pleasant and they got the work done in the amount of time they said that it would take. I was very happy with the work and the clean up was good.

Arrives on time. Performs as promised. Pays close attention to details. Gives premier customer service.

They came to give an estimate within 1 day. They did a nice job with the repair. I thought the price was fair for the work done.

I called in morning to request service and was told they were booked for that day, but could come the following afternoon. They were able to finish the prior job ahead of schedule and came same day for the repairs. Were able to diagnose problem and completed within a short amount of time. Very happy with service.
