I was happy with the results, the only thing is that I believed it was rushed a bit and I would've liked if they spent more time getting rid of a stain that was still faint.

The house we bought was a short sale. Previous owner left the house in fairly good shape excerpt for the carpet. It was rather dirty. It is a light colored carpet and I just knew we would immediately have to replace it. McGeorge a Brothers saved the day and bought me some time before I have to make a decision on how I want to replace flooring.

As I recall, I think they would go in and measure the areas that needed cleaned instead of cleaning the whole room if you have one stain. They would just measure the stained area and clean just that area. So, it made it very cost effective. Their pricing was good.

They are also an independent company. Sam and Richard are brothers who own and work in this company. When I really want their services, open my house let them in and then I leave for work. They lock up the door and do a fantastic job. They leave the foil underneath the carpet, underneath the furniture so that it doesn’t leave any marks on the carpets. They clean up as they go out so everything is done well. When everything is done they raise all the carpets and set it nice.
