Plumbing
Unsatisfactory repair. Soldering leaked. Leak damaged furniture. He promised to pay for repairs to furniture. He did not. Now have a small claims judgement against him which he will not pay.

Shower faucet on second story of home was leaking. Repair required soldering of new unit. Soldering failed causing leakage. Leakage came through ceiling, damaged table. Tienda promised to pay for repairs to table. Now refuses to pay for repairs.
