He did a really great job. It was great. Over the last 5 years I've talked to 5 different contractors, showed them the plans that my architect drew up and these people said, "Oh no you don't want to build that. It's going to be too expensive, so here's what we'll do, here's what we want to build for you." I couldn't find anybody to build these plans and I was just about to give up and somehow I found Lance McCullah Construction, and he lives less than a block and a half from me. So I showed him the plans and he said, "Oh yeah we can do this we do this all the time. We can build this." So I said, "Great! When can we start and how much is it going to cost?" He scheduled me and 2 weeks later his team were over here. They were great, they were professional, they were smart, they did everything right and there was no illegal laborers from the south border showing up. It was a real crew of 2 guys who worked together and they dd a great job. I was amazed. I live in the desert and it's hot as hell here and I've got a patio, a slab out my back yard and there's always been a shade over that patio; a wooden constructed shade. And after 25-30 years finally rotted away sort of fell apart and Lance's boys came in and demolished the old thing and they constructed this patio which my architect had drawn up the plans for. In fact when Lance came over and looked at the job he even suggested improvements on the plan which was completely in accord. He said, "For an extra $100 we can do this and it'll be a lot nicer than what's on the plan." So I said, "Great! Let's do it that way." He was right and it came out great.

The remodel of our bathroom and office went very well. The bathroom was gutted to the studs. They built a large walk-in shower that is very luxurious. It has ceramic tile, stone trim, bronze fixtures and cubbies that hold all our products. They also built a custom vanity cabinet with double sinks and installed all the necessary fixtures. Hardwood floors (engineered) that are gorgeous. In the office they built custom closets and cabinets which hold all my husband's sports memorabilia. The office also has engineered hardwood floors that were put down by Lance's crew. Lance's crew were exceptional men who were very personable. I look forward to their arrival every morning.
Lance McCullah Construction also removed aluminum siding from the exterior of our home. Underneath was cedar ship lap that is 110 years old. They restored all of it completely and painted the exterior while making any repairs that needed to be made. We now have the prettiest house in the neighborhood! We have friends, neighbors and strangers that tell us how beautiful they think our home is. Like I said above, we love Lance and his crew and are definitely using him again for our new project of remodeling our guest room.

He and his crew have always been on time, they are respectful and all work has been reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.
