I was supposed to get multiple services and, unfortunately, when i arrived at my appointment I did not receive the treatment that I ordered. The products that they were not able to give me were the ones that made me go to this establishment in the first place. They said that I must have made a mistake when I ordered, taking no accountability. When I confronted them at the shop they said, "Oh, I'm sorry," but did not offer me anything in response. I called them when I got home because I felt that they should know how I feel and maybe they would take some responsibility. They blamed me and they said they would give me the extra stuff but at full price. I went to get a complete treatment and was terribly disappointed. My aesthetician was great but the management leaves much to be desired.
