First I spoke with Heather at the office and after a brief tutorial on septic systems she said she would have Jose stop by the house later in the morning. It wasn't 30 minutes later that Jose showed up. He explained how septic systems work in great detail and also explained how our system is set up. In order to find the tank lid he used a simple but highly effective tool hooked up to my water faucet. He then dug out the two tanks and determined that everything was working perfectly and since the tank wasn't full he would not be charging me full price.
Jose was terrific, he took the time to make sure both my wife and I understood everything he was going to do and then he did. It helped tremendously that he spoke Spanish for my wife and English for me. Great guy.
I called Knight's because one day while driving around with my 5 year old one of their drivers in a big shiny truck waved in response to my son and blew the horn of the truck. I thought that anyone that would take the time to make my son happy would be good to do business with and I was right. Knight's is a true customer oriented business and I cannot recommend then highly enough. Use them you won't be sorry.
