Was on time, professional except on saying the carpet was cheap. If an opinion is asked fine but in this case was not. I have no issues with this carpet. I did call them up and stated I thought the price was too high and that the masterbedroom was missed. He offered too come back and cleaned it but at an additonal charge. I declined. They later called,several times, and said the cleaning would be at no charge; however being I was a new customer I believe Eric should have offered that instead of an addional charge in our previous discussion. I have checked with other carpet cleaning sevices and even with the $45 discount, Kidwell Carpet was higher. Eric did a great job on what was done except that I had asked that protection be placed on all of the bottoms of legs on my table, hutch and cabinet as they have metal on them and rust will occur if they stand in moisture. The table was only done. He did place protectors on my sofa and 2 chairs in the living room.

I will never hire anyone else other than Kidwell Brothers to clean my carpets. I was impressed from the very first contact by phone. Yolanda was extremely helpful with her instructions on how to prep pet stains for cleaning. Eric was very knowledgable, professional and friendly. They are definitely THE BEST. I HIGHLY recommend. Kidwell has been around for quite awhile. Very professional and knowledgeable. Every time we have used them we have been happy with the results. We highly recommend and endorse using them for all your carpet and tile cleaning needs.

My couch looks great!!!!
I followed his recommendation and am replacing the polyester carpet with a nylon carpet fiber.
Eric is very knowledgable and has a fantastic reputation in his field.

Did not move furniture which was not a problem. There was an Angie's list discount that reduced the final cost substantially. Was prompt and worked quickly but carefully.

My appointment was easy to set up, convenient for me, and included a special discount. He arrived on time, was a pleasure to e around, and completed the excellent carpet cleaning fairly quickly. I was given instructions of actions I could take in advance of the cleaning that helped even an "impossible" stain nearly disappear. My carpet has never looked better. I was called later to check on any problems I had seen/ensure my satisfaction. Kidwell's really is the best in town. By the way, the normal price is on a par with many other such businesses, and the extra cost was due to the need for carpet protection from my two mess-making dogs.

"I appreciate your review. You may not know this but the way I do a urine treatment job was developed to save my clients money. I hated going into a house and charging 350.00 and up, way up, for just the urine treatment alone. You had to go out several times to the clients home which cost money. Time is money, not to mention the chemicals are specialized and cost alot of money. I,through trial and error developed the system of taking care of urine that I use today. Again thanks for your review, and I look forward to seeing you in the future."

In the months before my 19 year old dog passed away; she refused to pee outside resulting in significant stains and odors in two rooms. I tried many different products but none of them helped. I even used another professional carpet cleaner....The carpet was wet for 3 days and the smell remained.I found KIdwell Bros. through Angies list and was happy to speak to a professional and understanding receptionist on the phone. She scheduled my appointment, explained in detail their recommendations for pre-cleaning preparation and invited me to call back with any questions.On the day of my appointmment, the technician called to let me know that he was on his way. He arrived on time and was very professional. The carpet was dry the same night but more importantly the smell is gone!

Carpeting was very soiled and not well taken care of by previous owner. Previous owners had pets and the pet odor was very strong. Eric did a fanstastic job removing all the stains and explaining what would happen with the pet odor. He estimated 4 hours and it took him 4 1/2, due to the neglect the carpet had experienced. The price was very reasonable, much less than the cost of replacing the carpet, which I was afraid I was going to have to do. I was given an estimate over the phone and the final quote came once Eric took a look at the job. The house was empty at the time and covered 9 rooms. I will most definitely use Kidwell Bros Capret Cleaning services again.

A majority of people looking to have their carpets professionally cleaned, look for coupons in order to get a good price. Many go with a franchise company, thinking that they must know what they are doing. The truth of the matter is that, carpet cleaning companies that give out coupons offering a low low price are usually start up companies that know very little about carpet cleaning, or carpets. Many of them use chemicals that can ruin your carpet after one cleaning. Some of the chemicals that will ruin your carpet are, ammonia, simple green, bleach, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent,oxy clean. Franchise companies are a little better, most of their technicians recieve some training and are usually paid a little better than minimum wage. Most technicians don't stay around very long, because carpet cleaning is really hard work. So, the chances of you recieving a good carpet cleaning job, are hit and miss. Now I would like to give a description of my company, Kidwell Brothers Carpet Cleaning. We are locally owned and operated, probably what you would call a mom and pops operation. I have been cleaning carpets, uhpolstery, and tile since 1988. We also specialize in oriental rugs. I am a IICRC Master Textile Cleaner. What does that mean? I have taken classe for years and am very, very experienced, and knowledgable, when it comes to textile cleaning and restoration. Most carpet cleaners have no certification or training at all. I have one of the most powerful truckmount carpet cleaning units that money could buy. It has more vaccum and heat and cost about 3 times more than your average carpet cleaning truckmount. What that mean? Your carpets will be cleaner and dryer, when I finish the job. I could go on and on, so I'll stop. Again thanks for your review. I look foward to seeing you again. Eric Kidwell"

They arrived on time, gave me a revised estimate after deducting for the spaces covered by furniture and measuring with a tape measure (the original was by phone based on my estimate of room sizes). It was $20 less than the original estimate. He and his assistant worked quickly and efficiently spraying first and then cleaning with his machine. It was a wonderful job and it did not take long. No wrinkles were left as I had had trouble with the last carpet cleaner, Stanley Steemer. It was by far the most pleasant experience I have had with a carpet cleaner.
