The work that Nick and his crew did at our new home was AMAZING. We needed work done fairly quickly and he was able to meet with me and start work within a week! Then completed the job within two weeks! Nick was very easy to talk to and gave me great recommendations to stay within our budget, which allowed up to complete much more work than we originally planned. I would use Kern Lawn Borders again in the future and recommend them to any of my family or friends for any of their landscaping needs!

The gentleman who came out to prepare the area that day was on time, friendly and very professional. The gentlemen who came to do the border were also on time, friendly and very professional. They did a great job and cleaned everything up when they were done. Our only complaint is with the owner, Nick. I spoke to him the day they did the border and requested some type of receipt that I could keep for our adjusted basis. He said he would put one in the mail for us. We never got one. We called 2 more times. The last time, the phone number we had used before (and the one that was on their truck) had been disconnected. Our only advice is to pay with a check because that will be your only receipt!!

Nick drew up some plans for us and we went over a price. He came by frequently and even did most of the work himself. It was creative and eye catching by the time everything was finished. I am so pleased with his service, creativity, professionalism, and how personable he is. Since then, he has revisited to check on sprinklers and we even made a contract for weekly maintenance. He is very friendly and I will definitely be referring him to my family and friends.
