We had a few bumps. We were sold 1 door @ the showroom & when they got there to install it was not the same door we had purchased. We were very satisfied with the way it was handled. We also had a problem with the noise level of the door due to the hinges. It took 2 trips to correct but they were diligent on getting it fixed. The Rep that came out was very professional.

Wonderful! On Time and did a great job. They had a challenge since Dad had the same garage door since 79. It happened to be a very hot day. But he was very polite and never once complained! Thank you Kern Doors!! We love it and your wonderful service.

If I have to complain anything, I have a couple of properties that I use and they were really good. They will come back with a free charge. I really like them. The only problem was they were too busy, the appointment is very hard but if you can wait, it's an excellent place.
