Came out promptly for an estimate. Gave a reasonable price. Said he would be back later to lay rebar. Never returned. He called back after I left a message; he said he would be by the next day. Came the next day as promised, but didn't have any rebar. I had to goto Home Depot for the rebar. He completed the pour with the rebar I purchased; it looks to be setting fine.

They came here early, listened to my concerns, and did what I asked. They offered suggestions. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards.
