Paul, the carpet repair person, came on time, completed the small carpet repair (due to dog damage) that was at a doorway quickly (2 hours total) and with good results. Due to the location of the repair, at the edge of a large stretch of carpet the the small size, Paul matched the crossing pattern as well as he could, and made sure I knew that it wasn't matching for the entire patch. This was because the patch could not be stretched as the carpet had been when it was installed. I will use this company again for an upcoming tile repair or the next time I purchase carpet.

They were excellent all around. Very easy to work with. I recieved two reports letting me know the work had been done. The work had been done extremely well.

We had a stain in the dressing area. Paul figured out how to replace this stained area with carpet from a large closet. It looks fine now. We are happy with they job.

"I believe we gave an hour window for arrival and we thought we met that. Kern Carpets is very sorry if we were late. We strive to give excellant service on every job large or small. Paul did have to pull carpet form the closet and repair the vanity area. After it was installed it was noticed that the carpet from the closet also had a rust stain. The member had ask Paul to wait for his wife to get back home to see if she could remove the stain. It was decided to repair the carpet from the closet one more time. I am pleased that the member were happy with the results."
