They didn’t even clean anything they don’t do dishes they don’t clean toilets they don’t mop I always had dust it’s weekly cleaning the only thing they do is wipe down and steam the floor in which is not cleaning it they stayed for hours only came when I wasn’t home never showed up when I was

To be honest when service maid arrived she said she didn’t bring a broom. Also the home had new tote and painting and flooring was very dusting . Need to be swept and mopped. She brought a swifter Mop only . She left all the flooring with dust or streaks. I was not satisfied at all but I paid anyway.

We NEVER let our clients pay if they are unsatisfied because we do know the value of a good clean and money. We always follow up with the cleaners and clients after a job, and for this job your cleaner said that you had told her the work was good and even suggested that you wanted continuing services. To our business we take it to heart, really. We are family owned and are local so our reviews mean everything. For the $107 that we charged for a whole house deep clean I’m sure that it would have been an easy fix for streaks left on the ground. (We use heated steamers to disinfect the ground and tile; we do not own any swifter mops and they may leave streaks due to the cleaner:water ratio) We believe that good quality cleans, a great price, and good customer service are the only way to build a business. We believe that we have given all of these to you except a mishap with the steamer streaks, so if you could please call us we’d love to officially hear from you!"
