I was moving into a new house (used to be my friends house, so i knew it did not need a deep clean, just a regular cleaning visit) 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms. it had no furniture at the time a requested the service. the 5 bedrooms were already clean because they had carpet, i professional carpet cleaner had already come and cleaned these rooms. THE ONLY THING I NEEDED was to clean the 3 bathrooms, the kitchen (including the cabinets, no refrigerator) and the floors (not deep cleaning just vacuum and mop) . i bought 1.5 hours with 2 ladies.
THEY ONLY CLEANED THE KITCHEN IN 1 1/2 HOURS!!!!!, the stove was not sticky or anything just normal use dirty, and didnt even cleaned the microwave ARE YOU KIDDING ME.... and then they had the ossady to tell me that they could stay for longer if i payed more of course...they did not split the work, both of them were "cleaning" the kitchen, untill i noticed and told them to split, but it was too late, i even offered to help, because i had the moving truck coming to the house in 2 days. Anyhow, COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY, i had to clean it myself after work for lack of time to find someone good.

"we are sorry you are unhappy I did reach back out to you I offered to send the girls back out due to the mis print. but you must realize the kitchen wasn't clean at all my girls cleaned out cabinets and drowse and most of the cabinets still had items inside. you also had items all over the counter tops and inside the pantry and 1 person living in one of the rooms 1 in a half hour isn't enough time to complete a move/out for any home of any size your house is 3,500sqft with 4 Bigg dogs living inside before you moved in. but what I will do is offer you 1 FREE cleaning at NO charge to you I stand behind our 24hr guarantee if you are unhappy for any reason we will re-clean the areas of concern free of charge with in 24hrs of calling our office."

The ladies were punctual and very professional. They came in with the mindset of work! They had an apparent and quot;routineand quot; and was able to clean the areas discussed in an exceptional manner. I will continue to use this service and refer to other family and friends.

Very pleased! I called Kleen Sweep to have them pinch hit for my regular housekeeper. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. I am very picky and, yes, hard to please. I would not hesitate to have them back!

Estimate was a sham. It always costs $300 the first time (per other online comments), so just say so and save us both the trouble. Upon being contacted by phone prior to cleaning, person I talked to tried to up the cost to $350. Arrived 3 hours late for estimate. Arrived 1 hour late for cleaning. Three girls showed up for cleaning. I spent time prior to them showing up removing all small items to facilitate moving furniture and large items. They didn't move anything. They cleaned my microwave and refrigerator well. After about 2 hours, only one girl was cleaning, while the other two were standing around talking. $300 for 3 people over 4 hours works out to $25 an hour per person. At that rate, I expect them to be more professional. I don't foresee myself using this service again.

The price was too high for me to continue using them, but the experience overall was very good at first, but after a while, the either forgot to show up or they didn't call. The one time, one of them was rushing so much to get done because they were late, and they just missed everything. They were very quiet and didn't really speak that much.

"Member we are sorry you are unhappy with our service however we are not open on holidays the 13th and 14 of February today is wednessday and we will call you and also it had been about a month since you had service and we spent 4hrs in your home and then went to your sisters home and spent 3in a half hrs 3,000 plus sqft and the other home 2,500 plus sqft we would to have the chance to revisit your home to correct the areas of concerns and lf one of our staff members damaged anything in your home we have full insurance."

Kleen Sweep has an unfortunate pattern of being very late. I had a 9:00am appointment with them this morning. They didn't arrive at 9:00am, but called to advise me that they would be at my house in twenty minutes. At 11:00am they still hadn't arrived. I called them, and was told it would be another ten minutes. They haven't been considerate of my time, and I told Kleen Sweep not to bother with the appointment. I don't plan on working with them in future.

We were having a lot of family from out of town for Thanksgiving and with three small children under 4, I needed help getting the house clean. I called for a one time service and she came at a very convenient time for us...and did a fabulous job!!!! She did so well that my husband and I decided that we would bring them on to be a consistent cleaner for us...so they come twice a month and that day is the best day of my week!!!! Nice and clean and she really goes the extra mile. Worth EVERY penny!
